Extremely rare X-SHORT B&W. All X-SHORT Sig Sauer Mastershop models imported from Germany are generally MUCH more rare than other X5 and X6 pistols! This pistol was rarely imported to the USA even when Sig USA was still selling X-series pistols. Only a few pieces exist. Excellent collectors' piece. One of the most rare X-series pistols even in Europe and the rest of the world.
Due to a variety of market factors in Germany and the unfriendly firearms market in EU in general, the decision was made to end all German based production and now the Mastershop & SIG Germany are closed for good.
With all Sig firearm production in Germany now ended, these final German produced SIG SAUER pistols are the end of an era and a chance to own a piece of SIG SAUER history. If you follow these Mastershop pistols, you have noticed that since the closure of the German plant was announced, prices went up quickly and continue to grow.
